Ice on car? OMG. It was beautiful here this morning, blue sky and sunny, but the sun has gone in this afternoon and its suddenly turned chilly. Ive just put the heating on.

Thanks, Lady-J, I didn't mean to sound quite so miserable! What I mean is that I really, really struggle with getting out of my pit in the morning, and when it's cold and icy as well, getting to work feels like a major achievement. Basically, I'm just a lazy cow.

thanks DT. i am trying to be careful but each achievement is progress. have also managed (yesterday) to put clean pillow cases on the bed and almost managed to change the quilt cover. needed some help at the end though. can't quite manage a king size.
