Cushion for my Back

I have a lot of lower back ache - I think due to wear and tear - and would like a nice solid cushion for my lower back, when I am on the sofa watching TV. I think the ones that mould to your body would be too soft and would like something solid. Thinking of a horseshoe shape possibly ? Help please !

Lumbar rolls are very good...a bit expensive to buy but you can make your own by rolling up a towel and stuffing it inside a long sock.

They're less expensive than some I've seen mamya.
I know what you mean smurf but with lower back pain you need to support the small of your back which requires that rounded shape. It feels a bit strange at first but it really does help.
