tambo, maybe you should pop in the Doc's for a check up if its bloodshot and you have shooting pains (to be on the safe side). then apply as i have said. Hope you heal quickly and feel better soon. : )

I hope you reported it to the supermarket and got it put in their accident book - unsafe practice of stacking, you could put in a claim....

Witch hazel externally and while you are at the chemist get some Arnica tablets (homeopathic) and take those. Keep your Witch hazel bottle in the fridge.
