I have a mystery. Still no action on my tummy. Friday is the deadline..we shall see but....When this all started I had very bad left hip and back pain. Since taking your advice and making some changes the walking and leg nuisance has improved a great deal...but not the hip pain. Last week it was excruciating...waking me and making getting out of the sofa in one go impossible and then I could barely walk forward.
Then I remembered that in the summer, when wearing heels, the pain eased, so I got the heels out....2" and wore them in the house. After three days I was pain free...no problem standing up and I could run up the stairs. Today I have been in bare feet and the pain has returned.
Why? Can heels be doing something to my posture that relieves something?
If so what? And do you know where I can buy high heeled walking boots?

I race around in my flats, but walk upright, ladylike and a lot slower in heels. In heels, I think about my posture a lot more. Unfortunately I don't wear heels very often

Well, today was deadline day. Not quite sure what that meant, nothing happened, but my G.P. is "chasing" up the consultant....again.
I spoke to the vascular nurse who said I probably hadn't heard anything because the consultant hadn't been in his office much for the last few weeks. Jolly good.
I've got higher heels on today and the higher the heel the more comfortable and supple I become.
Out in the killer heels tonight......if there's a limbo dancing competition I think I could win.
