Is it true May Bugs stick in your hair? People have always told me this and I remeber when I was about 9yrs old a girl in my class kept telling me there was one in my hair and it would have to be cut out.. (this wasnt true, she just didn't like me).. since then I have always imagined them to be sticky. Is this correct?

The only bugs I know that stick in your hair are crabs.
No, don't worry they don't stick in your hair - or anywhere else for that matter. The loud 'buzzing' sound they make would let you know they were around anyway. They do however have very hard bodies and on occasions have been known to smack into the foreheads of  cyclists - and it hurts!
