Hurt My Back

I slipped over on the wet decking in the garden yesterday and landed sort on my side, smacking my head on a chair on the way down. Today I've got pain on my right hand side from my neck down to my bum and through the top of my right arm.

Is it just a case of taking a bunch of ibuprofen for a while or is there anything else I can do? (It's not bad enough to get anything checked out at docs)

It sounds like bruising to me. In Sqad's absence I wold prescribe ibuprofen, a hot bath and a tot of something medicinal

If it were me, I would have a bath and take ibuprofen and paracetamol (or something much stronger) EB. I hope it eases for you soon xx
