This is the funniest thing I've seen all day... but how is it even possible?

Ok, so I know taking steroids can have some pretty adverse effects, and I can totally believe 'she' started growing facial hair etc. But growing a penis?! What the actual f**k.

What I can't get my head around is the fact that this is the look she wanted to achieve when she took the steroids. Admittedly, I'm sure she didn't count on growing a winky, but all the same she wanted to look like He-Man.

could be, Baby_Sham, could be. I know of one ftm in the USA and she (he) packs pretty good arms, chest and especially thighs. No equipment - yet though.

There was a cracking picture of her on Mail Online wearing a pretty feminine top, lipstick and trousers and she had these huge muscly arms - it was quite scary.
