Have laser if you can afford it .... all gone forever !!!

Hmmm it depends - do you wax? The best thing you can prob do is use one of those shower puff's with a sensitive shower gel and just massage the area (you can also start doing this just as the hairs start to grow back after a wax as this prevents them from ingrowing!)

 Another good tip is if you do wax - when you've had a wax apply a small amount of after sun and wear lose trousers for the rest of the day! (i normally wear my pj's without underwear - to prevent any rubbing!) Dont have a bath (try a cool shower) or use a sunbed the same day you've been waxed!

If its any other reason then i'd prob speak to the doc!!

If you already have an ingrown hair then I would get it out with a pair of tweezers. (I've done this but for the love of God lock the door, trust me lol)
You should exfoliate every couple of days - it stops a build up and the fine hairs are able to push therir way thru...

I used to wax, but am currently giving hair-removal cream a go instead!  x

had same prob and was advised by beautician to use an exfoliator couple of times a week and also got a thing by Skin Doctors called Ingrow Go (something like that), will find on net or in Boots

def works

I find that after you shave, wax or use cream or whatever, rub almond oil on bikini line, legs and armpits when the skin is wet and then let it air dry. It helps and you skin is nice and soft.
