Yes I take it and you will feel benefit though for most people not immediately, long term they have helped me greatly.
Initial side effects vary widely and I scared myself by looking of forums at worst case scenarios, any unpleasant effects (which you may not get at all) pass quite soon.
I take them and they have helped me a lot when I have been feeling very down!
yes..... a while ago. it is a good medication to start on and will only help. take as directed by your dr and do not stop suddenly - go back if it does not work or you think you may need a higher dose.

I am worried about them making my panic attacks worse, as it says in the leaflet.
They are much more likely to help, Sammy and that isn't a high dose. I thought the same myself (although seroxat) and then realised the irony of being too anxious to take anti-anxiety medication. Try them x

Pixie, it was such a bad attack this morning that I am terrified the tablets will make it last all day or even have more of them.
ive been on them for a year now for depression and anxiety and they have helped alot, the only side affect i had was they made me feel abit sick for the first couple of weeks but that improved.give them a try,im sure they will help.sometimes its better not to read the leaflets.im on quite a few meds and if i worried about all the side affects i wouldnt take any of them.hope you feel better soon.
