Mammogram

I went for my three-yearly mammogram today. Was told that this was the last time I would be recalled because of my age - if I want another in three year's time I will have to request it myself. "Just stick it in your diary" said the cheery nurse. Anyone got a spare diary for 2019?

What I do in those situations is add notes to the end of December of my calendar then obviously carry on doing that until the time arrives to request an appointment.

Sorry but it should be quite easy to remember that you need a mammogram 3 years from now. It doesn`t have to be to exact month

No I wouldn't remember that in 3 years time, I would have to pop it on to the end of the calendar and carry it over until the time came. Come to think of it ..!

Seems easy doesn't it, Maggie.......but I forget how long ago things were.....
I can't recall when I had my last mammogram......I recall the fence falling on me and being stung by a wasp on the way in.......but what year?????

There are odd things that I just write on the kitchen wall.....that way I can't lose them.......but if I decorate......well..... :-(

write a reminder date on a card and slip in the corner of a photo frame or mirror somewhere

Have you got a Christmas card list? Pin a note to it with a reminder to make an appointment for Jan 2019.
