OK, I dont have long (about 6 weeks) and I want to lose a bit of the tum and tone up the pins.
Any suggestions as to a quick fix? Obviously cutting down the calories (bye bye Pinot), drinking lots of water and I was thinking a decent brisk walk nearly every day.
Anything else I can do? (And suggestions of a burkini or a head transplant have already been made and rejected as RUDE!)
I found brisk walking was the only thing that has ever worked for me (with obvious cutting down on the sweet stuff but not dieting as such). Make sure you do it to suitable upbeat music.
Brisk walk and cut down on the calories.
Also wear a high waist bikini knickers to give an illusion of a longer leg and smaller waist.
Saying that I think your ok as you are xx
I know none of the people around me and I'm never going to see them again. Not only that but amongst the myriad of people around the pool it was unlikely I was going to draw unwanted attention. Unless I forgot the bikini of course :-)
When I woke up to this realisation worries about having a bikini body soon slipped away.
Shave your legs and forget about the rest. Once you're on that sun lounger with a cocktail in hand, you'll forget all about needing a bikini body...as long as the bikini fits!
I agree with Nom...cutting carbs works. I've done it...and still do.
And...its NOT a "faddy diet"...has been around for ages (150+ years )because it works.
Meh love yourself the way you are, however quick leg toning works by running up your stairs 2 at a time til you're breathless several times per day. Diet wise I drink a pint of water 1/2 an hour before I eat each meal, make one meal soup, cut out sugar, anything friend and as many carbs as you can bear and it will fall off you, but seriously love who you are now xx
I bought myself a hula hoop I use to be so good at it now I cant do it but bending down to retrieve the hoop from the ground is helping the waistline lol x
