The older I get the less I like winter. I think I am suffering from the SAD syndrome.
Had a very sleepless night feeling anxious and butterflies in stomach. One or two things next few weeks not particularly looking forward to.

I agree with rowan. Get yourself out and walking. Take deep breaths, in the nose, out the mouth. I have had a lot of stress these last few years and always find a long walk, somewhere pleasant, helps a lot.
Yes, get out and walk, even if you feel like hibernating under a huge duvet til March. Can't really add more to what others have said. SJW can help a bit, apparently.
