Cod Liver Oil
4 Answers
I am 32 years old, and my big toes make a clicking noise when I move them back and forth. I have had this for many years, but now am thinking about my older age.
Should I be thinking of taking cod liver oil, and does it really work?

Can you bend your thumb and easily touch the base of your little finger ?
I have clicky toes and the Doctor asked me to do that.
I can't and never could.
It seems that is indicator to the same joint movement on the toe. I used to happily click my toes because they felt stiff and drive people mad. At age 40 I had a minor operation called a "Kellers Procedure" and now can walk silently round the library.
