Sister had an accident in the kitchen with the fryer. The fryer tipped over and got on her body
I took her to the A&E for burns treatment. The security guards won't let us in unless we have a prebooking.
Is this right, she is in agony now and still waiting in the car. We are thinking of going to another hospital in the next city.

I witnessed a road accident where an old lady walked out into the road and was hit by a car. I rang for an ambulance and after they had taken the details they asked for my name and address so they could send the bill to me. Ashamed to say I just told them to send an ambulance and hung up.
