Is it when you eat anything or certain things ( bread ,beans, dairy for example)? The only thing to do is avoid one food at a time until you find out what is causing the bloating.
Nowhere near enough information for a reasonable reply.
See your GP.
Agreed^^^
Try keeping a food diary first, note down everything that you eat and when you feel uncomfortable. Could be anything, and not just foods known to cause wind, etc.
Darn...was agreeing with APG.
First of all keep a food/ symptom diary it will save time as you will probably need to do one anyway. See / speak to your gp
From personal experience I can sympathise having shared your symptoms.
After nearly three years of trying many suggestions I have now have found that by removing dairy and yeast from my diet, the symptoms you describe have now gone. Literally overnight I felt the improvement. Dairy was a big change, but yeast is even bigger and took a great deal of effort, as all food now has to be prepared from scratch. As others have said' keep a food diary'.. Record every single thing you eat and drink, also write the time down of when you ate it. Record when you feel unwell and you will soon see a pattern develop.
Sounds like something my daughter has and she was diagnosed with IBS.
a magazine ?
