Saturday. After an excellent night's sleep one does feel a bit better this morning, but still a way to go yet, so it's a take it easy day. Collect the paper and prescription then relax, there isn't much to do anyway. A consultation with GP this afternoon and that's it.

not enough sleep, but perhaps later on.
does your GP do saturday consults, as our is only mon to fri

There is always a duty GP over the weekend emmie, they will be at home but the surgery phone will go through to the duty GP.

never heard of that i confess. Thought all GPs did mon to fri

If it's something a bit serious the GP will refer them to the local hospital, which s not far away.

our out of hours docs are miles away, i have only had to use them a couple of times in the long distant past, not a place to go to if i am honest when its night time.

i know. ours is a bus ride away, had to use them when had bad tooth ache, ended up in hospital anyway the next day

looks like Thelands mrs is having a bad time of it, hope that he is able to get a second opinion on her BP.

A bit tired/emotional!

Having a wee slice of toast with cheese but i can feel eyeballs on me .... someone who has 4 legs & is white & furry REALLY wanted a taste LOL!!

Cheese nibble given and we are both back under the duvet now. !
