I am a long term sufferer of raynauds disease (not the phenomenon) Its so bad it even happens in the summer. My hands go from freezing cold to boiling hot, and it becomes extremely painful, especially at this time of the year. It also means I have a lower immnunity to pills, an ibruprofen can knock me out. I don't want the operation for it and have tried everything I can think of, has anyone else got it and have they got any ways of dealing with it?
