Has Anyone Done A Bowel Screening Test

i have been sent a letter from NHS to say they are sending me a kit, is it easy to do, sorry if its early to talk about such matters, but i guess now is as good a time as any..

i have had bowel problems for the past three years, so maybe that's why i got one now.

Emmie, it is simply because of your age. My oldies have never had bowel problems but received these kits regularly
