Any Advice Please
27 Answers
Reading of the various posters having pain in their knees and legs, I am now suffering quite painful knees (ie clickety click).
In order to avoid horrendous pain - is there anything I can buy, use etc to ease and ward off the pain for the future. Thanks

well thanks for the wee answers. I had wondered why in the name of God am I suffering - when it dawned on me - that I did climb steps last Friday to clean windows with newspapers and vinegar. That's the culprit.
Mind you the window cleaners today undone all my lovely work. Will be getting up again, now I know what happened. Having said that I am in general pain from fibromyalgia - but sure that's the story of my life.
