Sweaty hands

When I get nervous I get really sweaty palms, I have a few job interviews coming up soon and want to know if there is anything I can do to help keep my hands dry for the obligatory handshakes? I'm sure I shouldn't worry too much but it's embarrassing, especially being female, as none of my female friends seem to have the same problem.

I have the same problem, I hate having to wipe my hands before shaking hands with someone, it looks so obvious. I read somewhere that if you lightly spray an anti perspirant deoderant over your hands it should help. not too much or your hands will get all chalky and horrible. Good luck with your interviews!

it was for this exact reason that i bought Perspirex hand and foot lotion - basically an antiperpirant that you put on for two nights (washing off in the morning) and stops your hands sweating for about 5 days or so, i only use it when i'm nervious about meeting people but it works an absolute treat.
