Do you mean bladder control?
It's an age thing JJ. Buy some Tena Ladies pads.
Have you got pain, a fever, feel unwell? Has it come on suddenly?
Does it only happen when you cough, sneeze, stretch in a particular way?
Do you know it's going to happen but can't get to the loo in time or is there no warning?
Is it a trickle or a flood?
Worth getting tested for a urinary tract infection, there isn't always other symptoms
Can I ask you a personal question JJ? Have you ever had children?
It's just that the friends I have that have had children seem to develop some form of incontinence whereas those who haven't had children, don't.

No children
Need more information. Does this happen all the time. Is it when you cough or sneeze. Any pain or burning when you urinate. Do you have a fever. Have you been checked for diabetes. Can you not get to the loo on time when you feel the need. Do you wake up wet. Try to get a GP appointment and use some form of pad, such as Tena. Wash and dry yourself well so you don't get sore
Jj, you need to give some details otherwise it's difficult to help.
No idea and neither has anyone else on this thread.
Barry @1045 as well as calmck@1324 have relevant and credible comments but until now unanswered.

See your GP.
I think she may have been waiting for you Sqad. :-)
