Blend some black with a little white (to get a dark grey) and put that over the lower lid and into the crease...add a little more black on the crease in the corner of each eye. Put some white eyeshadow on the inside corner of each eye (to widen the eyes) and use a little white mixed with silver to high light just under the eyebrow on the outside of each eye... I then put some Barry M Glitter on the lid which gives a good effect. I find this is smoky enough for me, however if you wish you can then put black/grey liner on the inside of your eye...(i wouldnt recommend this as it will make your eyes look squinty!!) But you could put heavier darker line on the lash line of your upper eye if you feel it is necessary. I have tried to explain this best i can...Let me know what you think!!?! Its quite hard to explain in words ha ha ha . Good Luck X
Hiya, I had the same question and i went to a mac counter and they gave me some great advice. Black is a very hard colour to work with and as i have blue eyes she told me to use dark greens, the lady there said most people are better with a dark colour rather than black as it is to harsh. Also invest in some good brushes they might be expensive to start with but you get a much better result and use less make up !! But the most important thing is keep blending.
