can anyone offer a remedy for mucas/catarrh and how does the body produce such huge quantities minute after minute for days on end

Cut down on dairy products,they do'nt help.But me and my Pa suffer from catarrh alot & his Doctor said it was where we live?!Seems to be true,as when we go away,whether it be abroad or in this country,the catarrh disappears.Maybe someone knows why?

I used to drink gallons of ice cold milk, but had to give it up as it played havoc with my sinuses.

I stick to drinking gallons of water & squash these days & don't get half as many bouts of sinusitis.
