Marriage.

How old were you when you got married? My friend and I were chatting (light heartedly) about the fact that we are never going to get married. Our other friends are doing it in their droves. We are both 27 and neither of us have met anyone we feel even remotely close to having walked down the aisle with. So are we getting to old and did anyone else start panicking about this as they head4ed toward the dreaded 30? Im not sure marriage is essential anymore but in my mind I quite fancy it.

Marriage is not essential ...but I have no regrets about getting married .It's not a bed of roses by any means ..Like anything in life....it's what you make of it. My boys are 30 and 25 and still not married ... and the youngest still lives at home !!

i think that the age people have got married in the past changes as we generally live much longer, so i wouldn't be in any kind of rush.
there was a time when 'till death do us part', meant 30-40 years. now it could be 50-60
i am 34 and haven't even had a proper boyf for about 6 years!!
wait until you find 'the one' and be 100% sure.
it will be so much better than doing it because you feel you should and getting divorced a few years down the line
