Hungover at work..... :(
60 Answers
Hey people,
I'm really hungover... I always regret drinking when i have work the next day... why do we do it eh?
Ive already thrown up in the work toilet this morning, but luckily its only me and two others in today... i cant even drink water without wanting to bring it back up :0(
Anyone else got or remember a particular time they were hungover at work?
Anyone got any good cures or advice (other than dont drink before u have work)?

My eye sight is slowly coming back into proper vision.
Thats how i measure my drinking... when i go wee i look at the floor and if i cant focus or it seems a bit off i know i'm ****** or certainly on my way!
right now its still a bit messy but better than first thing this morning.
I really want a bacon sandwich now - after a few of u mentioned it. But im really fussy when it comes to bacon sarnies... bacon needs to be crisped to perfection and thats not how most people sell them.

My worst experience of being hungover at work was when I was working as an assistant in a dental surgery........I already felt really crappy and my boss knew it, he put me upstairs in the smallest surgery on a really hot day, and told me to take notes for the hygentist - I thought I was in for an easy day......................I WAS SOOO WRONG!!...he had told her that I had a hangover and she was a right evil cow, she made me aspirate (suck up the spit with the hose thing *gross*) on the worst patients...........the sight/smell of blood, saliva and bad breath in a hot room was just too much for me - I thought I was going to faint (you know when you go really light headed and your vision is all blurry) she wouldn't let me leave the room until after she was finished with the patient - I'm sure I nearly choked the poor guy coz I could barely see what I was doing!!

i went to bed at 3ish and i swear i fell asleep at 6.45 and up again witht he alarm at 7.00, i know what you mean its horrible, i feel better than i did earlier but my brain will not work, what the formala for adding 10% it won't work i'm doing sum=C4+10% (if anyone happens to know excel would be extremely grateful)
I usually have a fizzy drink of some kind (not the diet stuff!) and crisps to help relieve a hangover, it's not a cure but it helps. People at my work usually know when i am hungover as i bring in breakfast (toast from Benjys) and am really quiet! Fresh air helps too although what with this weather at the mo, i'd hardly call it fresh out there!
It is a shame that it's so difficult to sleep at work but go to the loo for 10 minutes every half hour and just shut your eyes in that time! :-)
