Ingrowing hairs

Help! I have tried them all- sugaring, hot, cold, room-temperature waxes, depilatory creams, shaving, exfoliating, tweezing, etc. Yet I still can't seem to get rid of growing hairs. Any tips?

do it regularly [better still get partner to do it] try exfoliating , gently!! always use a good quality shaving foam, do it after a shower when skin is soft. If all else fails go for laser treatment. need a hand? ;+))

I use cocoa butter and the hairs grow finer. I guess thats the best answer I can give.
