I've had reflexology which is basically applying slight pressure to various reflex point's on the foot or hand. For instance, there's a reflex point in between the big and next toe (same with finger's) which is in line with the thyroid gland. Specific points for specific area's. The 1st time I saw the refloxogist she could tell I was on antibiotics just by looking at the inner side of my heel! She told me the area turns red and shiney through A,biots. She also got rid of my constipation by pressing a reflex point near the centre of my foot. I bought a refloxogy book from Amazon UK,It's a foot one and very good:-))
It is a poser!!
I have had reflexology for neck, back, and shoulder pain.
It worked wonders!
Now I have aching feet - can't sit around with them up, or soaking them, all day.
Have learnt where the spots are to work on my feet (ie : reflexology) for the neck, back and shoulder stuff but perhaps now I will have to go back to THE Reflexologist and get an answer for the spot to work on for aching feet!
Thank you both for your imput. Had hoped I could get a quick answer and do-it-myself.
If THE Reflexologist can define it, I will let you know!
