Does it really matter? Its not the number of posts received in answer to a question but the quality of the replies. I don't count replies to my questions but I value anyone who takes the time and trouble to answer me.

rugeleyboy had one that went above 1000, cant remember the exact number now (im sure he can though) but it was great. It was called Jen or Ange???? It eventually got pulled but it was fun whilst it lasted.

A Harry Potter one 18 months ago apparently had 3k...but the long threads make the site unstable.....the jen & Ang one had 2k b4 it was pulled, having nearly crashed the site
