could it be something you're eating? maybe you have intolerances? i know some foods can cause bloating. maybe try eliminatiing certains things from your diet on certain days to see if it helps at all xXx
I suffer from this too - I'm intolerant of yeast and caffeine. Try cutting out caffeine first, drink decaff tea and coffee, that may do the trick. If not cut out sugar, yeast and carbohydrates and take a pro biotic supllement. Good Luck
