Most women, given a list of things they look for in a man, put sense of humour near the top on the list- usually first or second. A man who can make you laugh is very attractive and sexy. However, do men look for this quality in a woman? Or do they see funny women as a threat? Or are women just not funny? Men- please tell!!
men cant see this quality, primarily because women have b00bs and when they look at the b00bs their minds go blank and they stop responding (like a lot of computer programs)
I think they do look for humour. I just think they don't realise how important it is until they spend time with a witty woman. Then other women suddenly seem boring.
I think a sense of humour is a must, without that any relationship would surely be impossible, I don't see it as a threat, it is a great assett for anybody to have, there are some great ladies on here with brilliant sense of humour, in fact far to many to name, bless em all,
All sleepy, good god no, it would take ages, but a few,
Julie,Sleepy, redhead, pippa, , ruby, redbez, whiskey, warpig, cazzz, ummmmy there really are loads, electricblue was another but she don't come on much, now
There's a lot of rubbish spouted about legs, and bottoms, and white lacey bits, bending over, VPL (!!), short skirts, all that sort of thing, but I think the best thing about a woman theoretically anyway is the ability to drag on a fag and tell a good joke.
I've noticed over the years (I'm not ancient, only 29! lol) that men tend to place more importance on a sense of humour as time goes. I have a few good male friends, and although they of course go weak at the knees for a nice totty with good boobs and long legs, they tell me that now they are looking for a friend first. As in, they couldn't contemplate a proper relationship with a woman who is "just" attractive. She must also be kind, funny, caring, and be able to hold a proper conversation ! lol Looks are important, but personality is a must.
There's still hope ! lol
It was Mrs Flop's boobs that first piqued my interest - nothing wrong in that, we hadn't met so the first attraction was always going to be physical - but even now, ten years later, she can still make me laugh out loud.
I think it is the same for a woman, it is for me anyway!
I can see a guy and think "wow, cute!" but if he's a right eejit, or a macho or actually loads of other things I don't like, and doesn't make me laugh (and that's with him, not "at" him ! lol), then there's not a chance in hell! Well, for more than a night anyway....lol
