Do you believe that anyone can really tear themselves away from a bad situation or a situation they know isn't emotionally good for them without and big mental kick up the backside?

It's all very well having friends and family telling you over and over again and trying to drum info into your head but without that big wake up call, that most people discover on there own, does anyone really listen and follow the advice being given?

I was being genuince Legend! As I always am! As I said to you before... give me a decent answer and I will treat as I treat any other ABer... try to annoy me and from now on you will be ignored!

Bensmum - I think that is the main thing... you always think (not you personally) that you know best for yourself and sometimes it's very hard to stop and look at yourself from another angle! I had a situation where I was trapped for a long time and needed a big kick up the backside.. it wasn't a relationship.. but it was emotional!
