Dot, when you say posh, do you mean expensive over-priced shoes made in an Indian sweatshop by penny-a-child orphans for a huge commercial profit? Or the other sort?
the other sort Octavius where the buyers source the product in factories around the world that offer a fair wage to legal workers only and put a contract in place to guarantee the factory and it's workers a future.
I am patient when it is to do with things there are no control over eg traffic, queues etc.
However I blow a fuse when it is bad planning, people being late drives me nuts, if I can make the effort to be on time why cant they. As above, queues can drive me nuts but only if there are too few tills open, again bad planning.
but i dont see that.
anyway if i find out who said that about me ill rip their heads of the smelly wee gimps neeed a good flogging and thats just for starters .
I often wonder why places spent so much money putting in numerous checkouts and then only use a few at a time .
Yes warpig , latecomers , my workmen have now arrived after they rang me politely apologetic .I can now relax and turn my gaze away from the window . :-) x
Yes big mamma but why couldn't they ahve rung at 9 to say they would be there at Xo'clock? That would be a couple of hours that I would be stressing out and getting wound up, even the though of it happening to you stresses me out!!!!
As others have said, I can wait for the rest of my life if something is naturally going to take along time, but if it is due to incompedence then I have none.
It's also relative to the situation, if I am on my way to work I wouldn't mind waiting hours for a train, if I'm on my way home it has to arrive now ;)
