Can anyone tell me what it is in the pickled jars of beetroot that i am allergic to? I get large red bumps that are very itchu all over after eating it. I am sure this has only started recently. I can eat fresh beets from the market ok but I had pickled beeroot again on friday evening and started with the rash saturday afternoon at work. I knew it would happen, and I know it has only started recently, well, in the last few months, prior to that i am sure i never got them like this!!

Or.........if your rash is the spotty kind, you can make a feature of them and have hours of fun into the bargain by joining the dots and seeing what pictures you can create.
