I am doing at the minute 100 sit-ups 300 barbell curls with heavy weights and 100 bench press per day. Would this be enough in increase muscle mass or would more need to be done. I am only working on stomach and arm muscles.

With the high reps you are doing, you will increase your endurance, but not your muscle mass.

You should try for each exercise using a weight where you can only manage 10 reps before reaching "failure".

Do 4 sets of 10 reps, then move on to the next bodypart.

Do not train any body part on successive days, or more than 2 days a week.

The way you are training at the moment, your muscles will become so accustomed to the exercise, and so resistant to it, that they will not need to grow. Eventually, you will find it impossible to achieve ant growth whatsoever.

And don't just work on a small number of muscle groups. If they grow, you will look all unbalanced.

Why are ou only working chest, biceps and triceps?
I wonder, velvetee, if plively34 mistakenly assumes that he will look good in a tee shirt if he concentrates on the "showcase" muscles.

ps. How's your other half, Mr Love Muscle himself? Still no chance of borrowing him for a day or two, I don't suppose?

muppet !

you will never be huge and sexy like me
Well Dungeon, would the name indicate you are into a little pain? Not sure my other half would like that, but then again who knows.

gucciman was that comment intended for me? the reason i am working on arms and stomach is my legs are like tree trunks anyway from playing football
Hi Velvetee. Just seen your last post.

The name is nothing to do with pain really.

I'm JoggerJayne ... or at least I was, until I got sent to the Dungeon.

The Ed won't let Jogger Me out of the Dungeon so, for the time being, I'm DungeonJayne.
