Something scary happened to me today.

I was just walking in a shopping centre with my mum (thankfully) and daughter when I went really dizzy with no warning at all. We were just near a chair so I could immediately sit down, if I hadn't I think I would have fainted. It got worse and worse and my arms and legs went tingly and I couldn't really focus on things around me. I then started to panic a bit and my breathing went really fast. I came around after about 10 mins but still feel strange now some 4 hours later. I now feel faintly dizzy and round my head feels a bit achy like. What the hell happened to me and what could cause this?!

I didnt insinuate that doctors would check on AB before making a diagnosis, I just asked how you knew that some ABers are not medically qualified. To add to your reply, it is clear when you read some answers that some give it is obvious that they ARE medically qualified and it is blatantly obvious those who are not.
