I was just walking in a shopping centre with my mum (thankfully) and daughter when I went really dizzy with no warning at all. We were just near a chair so I could immediately sit down, if I hadn't I think I would have fainted. It got worse and worse and my arms and legs went tingly and I couldn't really focus on things around me. I then started to panic a bit and my breathing went really fast. I came around after about 10 mins but still feel strange now some 4 hours later. I now feel faintly dizzy and round my head feels a bit achy like. What the hell happened to me and what could cause this?!

tigwig - Reason I asked is the same happened to me in the middle of Tesco's of all places. Took me to the hospital, gave me an MOT and found nothing wrong. Put it down to stress. Hasn't happened to me before or since.
no. knowledge....totally illogical answer. I didnt insinuate that doctors would check on AB before making a diagnosis, I just asked how you knew that some ABers are not medically qualified. To add to your reply, it is clear when you read some answers that some give it is obvious that they ARE medically qualified and it is blatantly obvious those who are not.

I wish! Unfortunately we were trying for a baby and have had to stop due to circumstances. We haven't even had sex since my last period so I can't possibly be!!
