I've got:
when healhcare practitioner don't clean their hands
When healthcare practioenrs don't wear gloves.
When surfactes (eg examination couches) aren't cleaned regularly
via airbourne particle (eg a sneeze)

Transmission of bodily fluids...STD's

Faecal contamination.....eg b coli

Transmission by eating or drinking..e.g salmonella

Can't think of any more

Terrorrist attack...anthrax and ebola
