Benefits of Bra-wearing at Bedtime ?

my friend wears a non-wired one and swears its stopped her boobs from sagging. but she's the only one I know who does it

With boobs the size of mine (38k), I think there is nothing better than taking my bra off at the end of the day. I think wearing one to bed would be really uncomfy! I do make sure I wear a good fitting bra during the day.

my friends 30 so I dont really know when sagging becomes an issue, I'm only 4 years older and they're not at my knees.....yet!

Surely the structure of breast tissue changes with age anyway, regardless of what you wear?

i think you might be right Sachs, I wouldnt want to run without one on, but its nice to take it off too. I think I remember reading somewhere that Halle Berry does it ???
