Do you have a Wildlife and Butterfly Park near you? If you do go up to the window of the butterfly house and look in - take time to marvel at the many varied colours. Do this until you feel comfortable - then gradually go inside, breathe easily, stop and think what's the worst thing that could happen to you? Keep practising and marvelling at these perfect works of art - and you'll soon be able to just see them with joy. Good luck - and you'll be fine, I know!!
