Ok, I'll own up. Had 2 glasses of wine with a meal on the way home from the hospital. Went in the local pub and had.... ermmm 2, no 3 pints of cider, and then just poured my third large Southern Comfort. Oh and I've just eaten the last bit of cheesecake left over from dinner party I had saturday. Time for bed me thinks. Well maybe soon.
