Apparently it's the most important meal of the day. I would assume to set you up with energy to burn. I rarely eat breakfast or lunch tbh.
Eating breakfast starts your metabolism up for the day, helps you burn food better rather than storing food
Obviously a mcmuffin every day is not so good.
It kick starts your metabolism and gives you energy. Apparently it also stops you snacking. I wouldn't know as I don't eat breakfast.
it's never done me any harm molly.
i can't face food until about 3 hours after i've been up so usually don't bother at all and just have lunch as my first meal of the day.
I count coffee as breakfast. I usually have a milkshake as well.
I am living on the Fruits of Love at present molly ! Not sure how many Calories in that......
About 15 per teaspoonful it was in a nutriton textbook
I doubt if it is that bad, but the fact is that you have just fasted overnight, best thing to do is 'stoke the boiler' to get you going at top energy/alertness. And if you don't there is a tendancy to eat more later when your body starts to make it's needs known more urgently. Not helpful when trying to lose weight.
Well said Old-Geezer and I agree, Breakfast is important
I always find that when I do eat early it make me hungrier...
Fruits of love indeed...I had strawberries and a little greek yoghurt wanted some nuts too... but couldn't open the bag
4get......there's nothing wrong with muffin to start the day.
lol... I cannot face food at all at the moment. I have been sick as a dog for nearly a month =(

I think I may have to stop taking my tablets!
What are you taking greedy..?
Eugh... Yasmin for my acne - I have had fairly bad skin the for the last year and finally realised it must be hormonal so the gp put me on Yasmin for it. Since I have been taking it I have had nightmares/sickness/stomach cramps/headaches etc... I was hoping that it would right itself after the first pack but it hasn't seemed to get any better. I think I shall have to go back to the gp.
be silent mcmouse!
Yes, go and ask for a review it maybe the same drug is available in a different formulation that won't upset you so much or there are other drugs in the same family that may suit you better
Aye... I shall do Rowan. It has actually already started working for my skin so I wanted to try and ride it out but you can't feel like this all the time. Just feel crappy every day.
