postage.....bloody hell....I would certainly go on holiday.

I don´t suppose there is a little effigy with pins in it? Funny people these foreigners...dont be around for the "grand thrash"
"a wired woman goes in to a trance and gets bit violent she starts to slap the backs of who ever is close to her"

I wouldnt worry too much - as long as they dont want to sacrifice the newborn or eat the placenta
This is probably better......

no not a hindue
he's a gujrati
Gujurat is an area.............NOT a religion !
Yep....over reaction I think. Your sister must have known about their traditions and has had 9 months to get use to the idea. If she didn't feel up for it then it should be her husband that informs the family politely.
ah ...so sis wanted it too? well in that case its none of your business and not for you to assert your wishes onto them...however well-meaning you believe you are...

in the same situation, if you had phoned me or my hubby and 'lost the plot' 'said things you shouldnt'. and think you are issuing home truths about an issue thatsnot up to you to get involved in, they i would behave in the same way they have towards you...

i am amazed that you thought your words woul dbe well received...
So he's a gujrati from the Far East?

hee hee

Is that Thailand or China??? Or Malaysia perhaps??
postage - for someone speaking about their own brother in law and his family you dont know very much about him or his background...

gujrati is a place in Pakistan...

Not India
Not the Far East
its also not a religion (as pointed out by jackthehat)

Do you have issues or something against him cos of his background? and the fact he married your sister???
postage.. can I ask - how old are you???
Nosha...Gujarat is in India.
not according to Wikipedia...
"Gujrati may refer to anything of or relating to:
Gujrat, a city in Punjab, Pakistan"
unless of course the poster means Gujarat, India

hard to tell - some of their spelling is quite poor
nasha....I stand corrected

I had a registrar from Gujarat and he was Indian.
thats OK sqid

;-)
