Hi Out there...feeling a bit down. Today was my weekly weigh in and have again put on 1 lb. making it a total of 6 pounds in a couple of months. I have doing Rosemary Connely since last Sept and managed to loose 10 kilos.
My doctor had given me pills to help keep my hunger down ( I didn't think they did) but now they have been taken off the market. (can't remember their name)
I am eating the same and exercising every day (am 70 yrs old) so I just wanted some support really. I shall keep on of course but it is so annoying to see numbers going the wrong way.

Good morning all! I know it's not Wednesday which is one reason I'd like to keep it an open post. I've been a faller-by-the-wayside having put back on over the Bank holiday in August, yadder yadder, any old excuse - but I've weighed myself this morning and I am back at the mid-August weight where we started - so Rah! I have two - ideally three - pounds to lose before my target of Christmas. I just want to see the next stone down appearing on my scales in the morning!
Morning XSTITCHER AND ALL and its nice to see all your comments evening though it was not a wed .That is why I post now and again in the week so that others will see it .Well I couldn't get downstairs fast enough this morning come down another 2lbs lighter. So now I am dead on 14 st and will be pleased better still to see a 13 something next week. I was 15 st 8lbs when I started so I may reach the 2 st before my birthday end of oct. But it won't matter I will still carry on for another stone. Hope you have good weight losses too and

Oh most definitely come on to this link at any time. It is so good to hear from you. Boxtops and I met on an other link the other day and it was like two good friends meeting up.
Well my dear friends not good this week at all. I am up almost 1 kilo. I have had a very social week and ignored all my rules. Easy come easy go.....I think not, but perhaps it is just the jolt I needed to get my nose to the grindstone again.
Tomorrow I am meeting 3 old friends of longstanding and I shall do my upmost to be good. It helps so much that I know I will come back here and report to you. I do so like having my halo in place and shining which it definitely is not, at the moment.
I hope the rest of you will be able to reporting onwards and downwards.

Hello XSTITCHER don't despair it is not easy when you have social engagements. As you said you will not give up and that is the atitude to take. I even had a chinese meal on Saturday. I think if you don't have a treat you tend to give up a bit .More important things to cut out are fatty foods junk cakes crisps ect. It is awhile since I have had any of these I would much rather have the odd meal out .Keep at it you will get there and I am certainly not going to undo all the good work I have done to start all over again.

I was just thinking that this "club" of ours also has the positive effect of giving us like minded people to talk weight loss or gain with and thus saving our patient friends from hearing all this.
I will never give up don't worry. As you say we do need a treat now and then.

Good Morning Everybody,
Nothing new to report this week. I think I must focus on the size of my portions and cut down there. I have also not been able to exercise for the last 6 days as I have pulled a muscle in my back and it is giving me a lot of grief for the moment, but getting better every day.
Smaller portions now and hopefully next week I can see an improvement. Onwards and downwards ladies.

Morning x stitcher don't get disheartened I know you will persevere. Well I have got rid of that 14 mark on the scales and now see 13st 13lbs which is another 1lb. I may do the 2 stone yet before end of oct. but not too worried as I will now aim for another stone before xmas. It's not easy when you get pulled back XSTITCHER with a back problem. Cut out the crap and lower the fat so

Hi Wendilla, Good for you. I'm happy on your behalf. As for me it's not what I eat, it's how much I eat. I have already started on the straight and narrow again and am looking forward to my halo getting back in place next Wed. We will be having two meals out in this week and there comes the test of will power......I'm not very good at that when a menu is put in front of me, but time will tell.
You are doing so well Wendilla so keep on doing what you are doing and you'll get there.
