stop eating white bread, walk and swim more, drink lots of water, don't snack, see, save you thousands , you can settle my bill at the end of the month
Just do what I did. Stop snacking, cut out white bread (as Dot says), cut out sugar and join a gym. I've lost half a stone in a week and am starting to tone up already. Jeans that I bought on 7 August now just fall off me.
There is no "quick fix" for a toned body other than good diet and exercise.
Boxy - are you like me? hate it because there are loads of terribly intimadatingly fit people there? I try and go at quiet times so I can exercise in private!!!
a friend swears by it, fcuking thing!!! no seriously, she actually goes to some cheapish health place, and they have one there for her to use. I´ll have to get back to her about its effectiveness and cost of course
