im a 24 yr old woman and my BP is 127/66 with a pulse of 66. Is this good?

Looks pretty good! Just had mine done at 103/65 with a pulse of 81 which is pretty good for me :) Usually have quite low blood pressure (not dangerously though) and a fast pulse, usually get asked if I'm stressed about something when I get it taken.
