Delaying periods?

Hi im new here,

I am hoping any girls can help, I am going on holiday in a few weeks and well worried I may get my period whilst I'm out there is there anything I can take?

I found a medicine called Norethisterone acetate ive looked it up it mentions acting as a contraceptive and menstrual cycle issues..has anyone taken this if so how? and did it work....

Hey melissa ive used this a few times years ago and my mum with no problems at all id recommend it! However like sqad said not a contraceptive! Anyhooo enjoy ur hols xxxxxxx
