Ive been with my new bloke 4 months. we moved in together last week. his rent was too expensive and my lease was up at my old house so we both had to move. we signed for the rent 6 weeks ago and thats when it turned a little sour. i felt he was a bit of a sap, always crying, weird case of OCD, bugging me with questions all the time, smothering me (at work 11 hours a day hadnt even got through the door when hes there trying to hug me!) no friends or hobbies so just works comes home and thats it! I want him to leave. Ive told him im not happy and it wont work, i just want to be friends and for him to live somewhere else but he seems to take it that im joking!!!!! we dont kiss or sleep together or nothing! How can i get across to him to leave? without totally destroying him? I just want to live on my own and be single but its proving to be a bad thing!!!!

Then just move out ( and take the locks with u).
If the tenancy is in both your names then he can stay.
you don't want the effort of finding something else .... yet you want him to do it. I have to say i'm siding with B00 here!
Why did you decide to move in with him after only 4 months?
A very direct oy s--t for brains f--k off.
People just get swept up in what sounds like a good plan....

This wasn't a good plan!!
What about your ex who 'you still want to be with' (your previous thread on 23rd January).

Sounds like you need to make your mind up one way or the other about what you really want, and time alone is the best way to do it.
are you sure he's a man? He need to go out more and meet people, makes friends and give you some space.
Start packing all your belongings, and keep the property pages to hand-because you have to move as opposed to making him go. It's your choice, not his. Take all the stuff you say you bought for the place-and leave him to it. You really don't have any other choice.
If you dont kiss or sleep together, then you are just friends, which is what you say you want. Stay civil and sort out things out. You have no more or less rights that he has in this joint venture.
