He knows I like him.

Basically, was at a party which included the person I really like, everyone got drunk, I called my friend who decided it would be fun to tell others that I'm in love with someone, so now the person knows. Well at least he heard somone say the words "what? * loves *?" and I managed it kind of cover it up.

He kept leaving the room afterwards, although that might have been because he was just going to speak to others. Basically, I'm paranoid that he knows it's true, and that it'll somehow get in the way. On the other hand, I'm glad for the chance that he might actually know I like him. What signs should I look out for?

no signs...just approach him and ask him if he wants to go out for drinks and if he says yes well thats a good start and if says no well we both know how he feels yeah...cause he might not give any signs...
