A few months ago I told one of my best friends that I had feelings for him, we are alwasy so flirty that I honestly thought maybe he felt the same way. Long story short, he said he loves me too but just as a best friend... Not to be arrogant but I'm an attractive girl and we get on so well that I don't understand how he can just have get with random girls but seems not to see me that way at all... We pretty much act like a couple already just without the sex... I don't understand what more he could be looking for and now I'm just stuck with these feelings that aren't going away. Any advice pleasee???

I was in this exact same situation months ago. The only difference was that he admitted that he sometimes wondered if he loved me as more than a friend, but refused to start a relationship with me. Just like you two, we were exactly like a couple but without the sex.

I would advise that you move on, at least for now. Please don't hang around waiting for him to change his mind - it might never happen, and you'll have wasted your energy on him.

It was easier for me in a way because I ended up moving out of the city he was living in, so I wasn't seeing him every day like before.

One of two things:

1) He is Gay - watch Will and Grace season One for advice on this.

2) He is so close to you that he sees you as a sister.

Could be that he thinks of his random girlfriends as disposable. And doesn't think of YOU in that way because his feelings for you are more serious.
Perhaps when he is ready to have a serious relationship you might be THE ONE.
But as has been said before, don't hang around just waiting, as there's a chance he may never see the light.
