You moved into your own flat, and on the first night without asking you, your boyfriend who is not living with you but will be staying most nights let his family come around while you were trying to unpack, and then let his sister stay the night
If I was not expecting it probably grizzle about it and move on. if the boyfriend is staying most nights he is going to feel like its his flat as well.
I would be livid. It's my flat, he'll only be staying if I ask him to, damned cheek to treat the place like it's his own - and certainly not to let someone else doss down in your place, Early warning, I think - watch out, the boys'll be round to watch the footie on Saturday.
Tell him not to let it happen again. He is not living with you and it's your flat. You have to consulted before anything like having visitors. Lay down the 'ground rules' from the start otherwise you will get walked all over. Does he have a key? I would not let him have one yet.
I'd be a bit annoyed, but maybe he just didn't think, he probably was excited about the new flat and wanted the family round to share the excitement with you both, he didn't think about the practicalities!.......he should have spoken to you first, but have a chat with him about it!...............Hope you can resolve the problem!..........
imma show him these answers, hopefully it will make him understand a little better. It is a different country so maybe that's how they act here. I don't think he's gonna pay anything towords the bills although we haven't discussed it.
