Welcome Sophie I am sure you will get lots of tips from others but my plan is I eat healthily plenty of fish chicken plenty of veg with meals. Don't live on salads at every meal. Always make sure you have breakfast. I keep telling people to have a small glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice in the morning as that works for me. Shop so that you don't run out of ideas...

x-stitcher - what is trad Danish food? I can't think what that might be. Bacon and Danish pastries?

Got SW tonight. Bathroom scales reckon I'm down 2lb, but I know from experience that they fib. I'm going on holiday a week on Saturday and desperately want my bikini body back, but it's just not going to happen in one week. Anyone know where I can get a Victorian bathing costume?
Well done OG. Your weight pattern is similiar to mine up and down like a yo yo . Must sling the YoYo.
Hi Wendilla and thanks for the support,

Hope tv man comes soon as I've got to go shopping. My cupboards and fridge are nearly bare as I was busy at the weekend and also didn't get a chance to do an online order.
Well done OG! I've lost a pound this week, I've had quite a few sweets and treats so don't know why this has happened, but obviously very pleased :-)
Oops I've gained 1 1/2 this week, but if I'm good I'm sure it'll soon go. Well done to anyone who's lost this week, hope to join you in doing so next week. ps I had an Eton Mess for you, Wendilla. Perhaps that's where I went wrong. :)
Come and join me on the naughty step Kacee and we can figure out where we went wrong..
Hope you enjoyed it Kacee as I wished I had had one now I have stayed the same.
3lb off this week for me which I am pleased with as it's the 2lb I put on on my birthday week and an extra 1lb. At least I am going in the right direction again. Well done all who have lost.
Well done Jan. What more can I say you are an inspiration to us all.
I'm there with you x-stitcher, but in good company I feel. Wendilla, though I enjoyed my lovely dessert, it certanly got me into another kind of mess. Ah well, a new start today-again! Good luck everyone for another week of happy scales. :)
Thanks wendilla. I've still got a long way to go yet but am determined to get there. Doing it in memory of my husband is a great inspiration. x
Well done OG, Notafish and a special well done to Jan. You have all done well. To everyone else tomoroow is the beginning of another week so hopefully you will all have better results next Wednesday. I lost one lb this week but after what I ate at lunchtime today next week may not be so good for me!
Answer to Kiki.....it was roast pork with a crispy topping, pickeled red cabbage and dark rye bread, followed by a fried breaded camembert served with toast and black currant jam. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm This is lunch mind you....
Thank goodness I managed to lose this week, another 1 1/2 off and just scraped back under the stone again. Such a boost! Well done to everyone who has lost this week. And if you're on the naughty step, it won't be for long. The 'yoyo' effect is so annoying but the if general trend is downwards that's the main thing
Well done Sheenamf determination does it. Going Asda today for my weekly healthy shop. No dinners out this week so should be plain sailing.
Dinners or lunches out are a bit of a minefield, but that's part of life, so my Sunday pig roast just means no crackling, and lots of salad, with minimum dressing (salad dressing that is!)
Don't think I could resist the crackling. Thats the best part lol. Anyway enjoy you know how to rectify it .
Unfortunately when it comes to puddings that's more difficult
Thanks Wendi!
x-stitcher, that sounds lovely, but I can see that the fried breaded camembert might just be a calorie too far! I would have found it very difficult to resist though.

3lb loss last night on the Slimming World scales. Felt so happy that I came home and had a couple of glasses of wine. Bad move.
